Best Made/Gorski Engineering, a project of Bucks Renewed and New Economy Fund, repurposed an existing 60,000 square foot industrial building plus three outbuildings located in Quakertown Borough into office and flex space. The outbuildings and 15,000 square feet of the industrial building were removed to create green space and an entrance courtyard, with 33,000 square feet retrofitted for the main tenant, and 5,000 square feet available for office space or 12,000 square feet for flex space. As a result of the project, the main tenant was able to create 24 new jobs in Bucks County.
