Trolley Barn, LLC, a project through both Core Industry & New Economy, has purchased a historic rail car maintenance building and small retail store situated in Quakertown Borough. Trolley Barn, LLC will be rehabilitating and converting the sites into an indoor retail, restaurant and mixed-use complex. This project will create/retain 50 full-time jobs and 25 part-time jobs in Bucks County.
